IMA Boilers Private Limited is an engineering company offering specialized services in industrial process heating systems, application, utilities, and system engineering. Our product range features Steam Boilers (Small Industrial Boilers), Thermic Fluid (Hot Oil) Heaters, (Direct) Process Oil Heaters, Solar Thermal Heaters, Hot Water Generators, Hot Air Generators, Waste Heat Recovery Units and a full range of ancillary equipment.
We are headquartered in Mumbai, India, and operate globally. We have manufacturing facilities in Airoli (Navi Mumbai) and Shahapur (Thane) Maharashtra.
We have 3500+ units currently operational across India and over 15 countries across South East Asia, Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, and South America.
HISTORY OF IMA
IMA – (Industrial Machines and Appliances) was acquired in 1986 which later became IMA Boilers in 1993 and in 1996 IMA Boilers Private Limited was incorporated.
FOUNDER OF “IMA BOILERS”
Mr. R. J. Jadeja is the Founder and Managing Director of IMA Boilers Private Limited. He is a mechanical engineer with over 40 years of field specialization in Process Heat Engineering. He along with his team of experienced technocrats looks after the Designing, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Marketing, and After Sales Services.
Mr. R. J. Jadeja began his career in 1974 working with Thermax formerly known as Wanson India. In 1980 he started his consulting and piping firm M/s. Thermomech. Then in 1986 he acquired IMA and started manufacturing Boilers, Thermic fluid Heater, and other process heat equipment.
Vision of IMA
IMA is committed to maximum performance and highest fuel efficiency and has hence been constantly innovating new ideas and products to cater to diversified industries and applications. Designed and manufactured under the direct supervision and guidance of Managing Director the products withstand all tests. All our products are fully tested and verified to ensure trouble-free operation and are at par with international standards.
Quality Control: For us, at IMA the quality of expectations determines the quality of our actions. All our mechanical components and pressure parts are welded by Certified IBR welders. All bought-out and vendor-made components are thoroughly inspected, tested, and then assembled by our certified technicians. Electricals components are wired and assembled only by certified electrical technicians. All systems are thoroughly inspected and tested before the final dispatch.
After Sales Service: Our technical support team comprises highly dedicated and experienced professionals. This team utilizes their extensive in-field experience and the company‘s considerable resources to develop and support the best product possible. Their prompt, informative, and proactive response after sales has earned our products the reputation of reliability.
Our technical support team offers professional guidance and advice on installation, coordinated erection, commissioning, and servicing of our equipment. After the warranty period, their services are available on an (AMC) “Annual Maintenance Contract” basis. We also maintain enough stock of spares to ensure prompt supply at all times.
