OVERVIEW
IMA Boilers Private Limited is an engineering company that specializes in industrial process heating systems, including a wide range of products such as steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, and various ancillary equipment. Our offerings encompass Steam Boilers (Small Industrial Boilers), Thermic Fluid (Hot Oil) Heaters, (Direct) Process Oil Heaters, Solar Thermal Heaters, Hot Water Generators, Hot Air Generators, and Waste Heat Recovery Units.
Headquartered in Mumbai, India, we operate on a global scale, with manufacturing facilities located in Airoli (Navi Mumbai) and Shahapur (Thane), Maharashtra.
Currently, we have over 3,500 units operational across India and in more than 15 countries in regions such as South East Asia, Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, and South America.
HISTORY OF IMA
IMA – (Industrial Machines and Appliances) was acquired in 1986, later evolving into IMA Boilers in 1993, and then IMA Boilers Private Limited was incorporated in 1996.
FOUNDER OF “IMA BOILERS”
Mr. R. J. Jadeja is the Founder and Managing Director of IMA Boilers Private Limited. He is a mechanical engineer with over 40 years of specialization in industrial process heating and Process Heat Engineering. Along with his team of experienced technocrats, he oversees the Designing, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Marketing, and After Sales Services of steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, and other process heat equipment.
Mr. R. J. Jadeja began his career in 1974 working with Thermax, formerly known as Wanson India. In 1980, he started his consulting and piping firm M/s. Thermomech. Then, in 1986, he acquired IMA and began manufacturing steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, and other essential process heat equipment.

IMA is committed to maximum performance and highest fuel efficiency in the field of industrial process heating, which has driven our constant innovation of new ideas and products for diverse industries and applications. Our steam boilers and thermic fluid heaters are designed and manufactured under the direct supervision of our Managing Director, ensuring that all products withstand rigorous testing. Each product undergoes comprehensive testing and verification to guarantee trouble-free operation, meeting international standards.
Quality Control: At IMA, we believe the quality of our expectations directly influences the quality of our actions. All mechanical components and pressure parts in our steam boilers and thermic fluid heaters are welded by Certified IBR welders. Every bought-out and vendor-made component is meticulously inspected and tested before being assembled by our certified technicians. Electrical components are wired and assembled exclusively by certified electrical technicians. We conduct thorough inspections and testing of all systems before final dispatch.
After Sales Service: Our technical support team consists of highly dedicated and experienced professionals specializing in industrial process heating equipment. This team leverages their extensive in-field experience and the company’s substantial resources to develop and support the best possible products. Their prompt, informative, and proactive responses after sales have established our products’ reputation for reliability. Our technical support team provides professional guidance and advice on installation, coordinated erection, commissioning, and servicing of our steam boilers and thermic fluid heaters. After the warranty period, services are available on an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) basis. We also maintain an ample stock of spare parts to ensure prompt supply at all times.
